Enhanced weathering workshop venue (12 November 2024)
The venue for this workshop is KU Leuven - Brugge, Spoorwegstraat 12, 8200 Brugge, Belgium. It is a 5 to 10-minute walk from the Brugge train station. In the train station, follow the direction towards Sint-Michiels or the back of the train station (and thus the opposite direction than the front of the station which goes to the Brugge city centre).
Train station
The Bruges Train Station (Brugge), operated by SNCB, is located just southeast of the city center, about a 12-minute walk from Minnewater Lake. In fact, the entire city of Bruges is within walking distance! Arriving by train is the most convenient mode of transportation as car and bus traffic in the historic inner city has been gradually reduced so as to preserve the unique heritage of Bruges for both locals and visitors.
It usually takes around 1h 34m to travel the 95 km from Brussels Airport to Bruges by train, with around 59 trains per day running on this route.
